We start by giving you a one to one consultation, getting to know everything about you, your lifestyle, exercise you do, foods you love to eat and the things you find difficult about keeping your weight under control.
We will weigh you, take your measurements, height, BMI, body fat so we can work out a plan that is best for you.. We are all different size, shape, lifestyle etc so the same plan won’t suit everyone. All plans are individually made and progress is checked throughout the 30 days.
